Service Manager – Young people/Complex needs

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, highly innovative, resourceful and compassionate Service Manager to lead the team of Youth Support Workers working with young people with complex needs to address their issues while progressing into adulthood. Reporting to our Operations Manager, the role will initially be based in supported living service in central Wrexham.

The role is challenging and a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational leader, experienced in providing services to people with complex needs, who is committed to the principles of Active Support and Positive Behaviour Management; to make a difference to peoples lives every day.

You form an integral part of the management team, working with the Operations Manager to make sure the service fulfils its potential to become a market leader, but most importantly, make sure the people we support lead a good life with fulfilled ambitions.
