This an exciting opportunity for an excellent Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join Castell Ventures based in Ewloe. You will be an important part of a busy but fun team of people, making sure everyone has what they need to continue to drive the company forward.
Your role will be wide and varied providing you with the opportunity to make a difference to the people we support on a daily basis. Reporting to our Business Support Manager, you will form an integral link between a busy group of managers to ensure that the companies recruitment needs are met and our staff receive the training they need to deliver outstanding services to vulnerable people.
Occasional travel throughout Wales is required.
