WELLBEING OFFICER

  • We're looking for a positive and proactive individual who can support residents at Nant Y Mor Extra Care scheme to lead an independent, healthy, fulfilling life.

    This is an exciting new post focused on delivering person-centred care and support, working collaboratively with health, social care, housing, and voluntary services and social enterprises that support and enhance resident wellbeing. Spending time with residents to develop a positive professional relationship and understand what wellbeing means to them is essential.

    You will need to be people-focused and computer literate with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

    The postholder will be expected to work as and when required during a 24 hour day over seven days a week in accordance with the needs of the service.

    CHEF (MULTI-SITE)

    • £10.28 per hour

    • We are looking for a passionate and committed Chef to join our team of bank staff, working across our extra care schemes in Mold, Holywell, Newtown and Prestatyn as required.

      We are looking for a skilled Chef who can provide great tasting classic meals for large number of customers. You will be committed to making a difference to people, ensuring the highest standards of cooking and service are delivered by the whole team and everyone works effectively as one team to deliver what matters to people.

      To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion and interest in what we do as an organisation and you must have experience of delivering good catering and hospitality services with understanding of classic tastes and great personal service.

      Ideally, you will hold an NVQ level 1 or higher in food safety, catering and hospitality or be willing to achieve the qualifications.

      CATERING/CLEANING ASSISTANT (MULTI-SITE)

      • This role provides the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers a high standard of cleaning and catering services that makes a difference to our customers. We want to hear from individuals who have a natural flair with people.

        Communication is key in this role, as you will need to be confident and friendly to all our customers. You will need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service and work in partnership with the housing and care teams to ensure the right service is delivered to people living in our extra care schemes.

        You must hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle to travel between locations.

        This is a permanent role with contracted hours, working across Ewloe, Mold, Holywell and Prestatyn as required
