The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, highly innovative, resourceful and compassionate female Service Manager to lead a new team of Support Workers working with one adult who has complex needs, Epilepsy and learning disabilities. Reporting to our Operations Manager, the role will be based in a supported living service in Dyserth.

The role is challenging and a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational leader, experienced in providing services to people with complex needs, who is committed to the principles of Active Support and Positive Behaviour Management; to make a difference to peoples lives every day.

You form an integral part of the management team, working with the Operations Manager to make sure the service fulfils its potential to become a market leader, but most importantly, make sure the people we support lead a good life with fulfilled ambitions.
