The Opportunity

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to join Castell Care and Support, based in Ewloe, Flintshire. You’ll be a key member of a passionate, friendly, and dedicated team, all committed to making a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

 

In this role, you will oversee three supported living services for adults with learning disabilities – two in Wrexham and one in Mold – working closely with and supporting the on-site manager at each location.

 

Castell is an innovative, inclusive, and person-centred domiciliary care and support provider operating across North Wales and Ceredigion. We provide high-quality, tailored support to people aged 16 and over, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs. To succeed here, you’ll need to combine strong leadership with creativity, empathy, and deep sector knowledge.

 

As Service Delivery Manager, reporting to our Head of Operations, you’ll provide inspirational leadership and act as a key point of expertise for your teams. No two days will be the same, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact every single day.

 

This role involves regular travel across North Wales, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

About You

 

You will be:

  • Self-motivated, calm, energetic, and approachable – with the resilience to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment,
  • Have an NVQ4 Health and Social Care Management / Registered Managers Award or QCF level 5 Diploma for Leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • A strong coach and mentor, able to guide, support, and inspire teams while giving clear direction
  • Knowledgeable in RISCA, CIW, PBS, and experienced in delivering truly person-centred services
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with outstanding ICT skills (Microsoft Office, web applications, SharePoint)
  • Creative, solution-focused, and quick-thinking, with a drive to improve services and share innovative ideas
  • A real team player who shares our ambition to make a difference in people’s lives
